Where on earth can a kid go to operate a real-life bulldozer, loader or other heavy machinery? In Ocala, that would be the Florida Horse Park on Dozer Day. For families with kids, no event has more built-in excitement. Here kids have the opportunity to operate heavy equipment, watch demonstrations by the fire department, military and much more.
And it's not just fun for kids, it's good for kids: The event is a fundraiser for the Children's Home Society.
